Yoga for Well-Being Class

General, yoga therapy remedial class for well-being that truly adapts yoga to suit the individual.  There are chair options available and the class is a mixture of chair-based sequences, some standing and mat work.

However don't worry if you're either new to yoga or not sure about getting up/down because we adapt the yoga entirely to your needs which is what yoga and yoga therapy is all about!  Adapting yoga to fit your needs and not the other way around.

This class is suitable for anyone, you may be a complete beginner or may have practised yoga but feel that you would like to adopt a more gentle-paced class with individual modifications for your requirements following perhaps illness or injury or just a period of inactivity.  

There are also 1-1 classes available.
