Ayurveda is the science of life and the sister science of yoga. The principles of Ayurveda can be widely applied: Ayurvedic yoga; Ayurvedic medicine; Ayurvedic beauty; Ayurvedic cooking; even Vedic Astrology and Vastu, Ayurvedic Feng Shui.
You will practise Ayurvedic yoga for the doshas; learn and practise some Ayurvedic facial rejuvenation with a natural facelift; learn about Ayurvedic basic principles: the doshas; gunas; medicine; food and taste; medicine, detox and daily routines. We will be also be exploring our own doshas.
At the end of Ayurveda training module, you will have an understanding of the basic Ayurvedic principles of the doshas relating to the elements; you will know your own dosha; you will have learned some facial yoga including some rejuvenating practices for yourself and that can be included in some of your teaching.
You will have a greater understanding of Ayurvedic food tastes and food combinations and Ayurvedic medicine.
You will find your own dosha and learn how this understanding can relate to your yoga, your everyday life, your food and the seasons.

Students will be invited to complete calendars at home and to practise different Ayurvedic sequences.

Students should attend 90% of the course. Should the student miss a day/module, they will need to agree with the teacher when to catch up. The trainer reserves the right to charge additional fees for any catch-up time.
Students may be able to attend a missed day on another course, subject to availability.

- Be confident to incorporate what you learn into your yoga, your yoga teaching and everyday life with an understanding of how Ayurveda relates to yoga, your everyday life, your food and the seasons.

Full payment at the time of booking is required to secure your place on the course.
Alternatively, you may pay 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to hold your place. In this case, full payment is required 30 days before the start of the course.
In the event that full payment is not received by the due date, your place may not be guaranteed.
Places are limited to a maximum of 10 per course.

Students may attend on another day/course, subject to space and availability.
If the event were to be cancelled, a full refund including deposit would be given.
Otherwise a refund, less deposit, will be given up to 30 days before the start date.
