Your delightful experience is designed to restore balance to your body, mind and soul . We will begin with a group welcome and general subject introduction with light refreshments. A gentle yoga, breath and relaxation session will follow with plenty of instruction and multi-layered variation tailored to your specific needs and ability. You'll then be guided into a deeply meditative and therapeutic sound relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls to rejuvenate and balance you inside and out.

There is absolutely no experience of yoga necessary. This ancient, traditional Tibetan yoga is suitable for everyone and is deeply calming, relaxing and gives a wonderful feeling of balance. Just wear comfortable clothes for gentle movement and prepare to be relaxed!

These simple, gentle, safe and very effective yoga movements are accessible to everyone and are very relaxing. You are welcome to ask me questions.

Where we’ll meet

Yoga Mango Studio · London, Claygate

A private, dedicated retreat studio in an oasis of calm with views of greenery and trees whilst being close to amenities and restaurants. It’s a warm, cosy, relaxing room with lots of natural sunlight. It’s 35 minutes from Central London and easily accessible by car, train and bus with unrestricted parking. Nearby Hampton Court Palace, Henry V111’s magnificent home and Claremont Place, associated with Queen Victoria, are minutes away.

I’m a yoga therapist and an oriental remedial therapist with additional Ayurvedic training. I have been teaching yoga therapy classes and training workshops in the local community for 10 years including including Tibetan Heart Yoga and Tibetan Relaxation for restoring balance to your body, mind and soul. I’m a senior yoga teacher and certified trainer with Yoga Alliance Professionals, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, CNHC registered and BCYT accredited. I also hold CMA Ayurvedic qualifications.
