This delightful experience is designed to give you a natural facial glow. Give yourself a totally natural self-facelift.

After a group welcome and introduction, we will practise step-by-step techniques of self-massage and facial keep-fit identifying key facial muscles and their function together with exercises for radiant skin.

In fact, the benefits aren't just for your face! You may feel more relaxed as tension is released from facial muscles, helping with tension related symptoms. Your body's energy flow is improved as the muscles of your face, neck and jaw are eased. There are over 90 muscles in the face! Working on these underlying facial muscles can relieve tension and link with your body's energy system.

Learn about this totally natural, Ayurveydic self-treatment for radiant skin and natural beauty from within. We will practise step-by-step rejuvenating facial yoga and self-massage to give your face a natural glow.

We will learn some simple warm-up practices for the body in preparation for a facial work-out including the eyes, 'the window to our soul'. These simple, gentle, safe and very effective facial rejuvenation techniques are accessible to everyone.

It’s a warm, cosy, relaxing room with lots of natural sunlight. It’s 35 minutes from Central London and easily accessible by car, train and bus with unrestricted parking. Nearby Hampton Court Palace, Henry V111’s magnificent home and Claremont Place, associated with Queen Victoria, are minutes away.

I’m a yoga therapist with Ayurvedic training. Ayurveda is the science of life and sister science of yoga, covering many areas including beauty and yoga as well as cooking. I have been teaching yoga therapy classes and training workshops in the local community for 10 years including the fabulous Ayurvedic natural facelift and the Aurveyda yoga connection. I’m a senior yoga teacher and certified trainer with Yoga Alliance Professionals, a British Wheel of Yoga teacher, CNHC registered and BCYT accredited. I also hold CMA Ayurvedic qualifications.
